Hi everyone, I am a grad cse engineer (2026 passout )from a tier 3 college an I have been applying constantly on different platforms but still not getting selected. On campus companies did not come only some mass recruiters came and they also selected a few only and many students were not allowed to sit in that also. Even the resume has a good ats. Sometimes even after taking the referral application still the application do not get selected for OA. Can anyone please tell what to do as after graduation unemployment hits very hard.
