Title, I just want to know what my chances are getting a bonus and either an option 4 or a 40 on your contract. Is there any way I can increase the odds of getting both?

What is MEPS like? I was told that all the job selection and contracting work is done there so I was curious as to what that’s like, along with the chances of getting a bonus and either an option 4 or a 40 on your contract.
