I’m moving to Chicago this summer. I will be working a few blocks west of The Art Institute and want ideas/advice on the best apartments. Ideally within 20 minutes of my work, need a 2 bed, allows cats, ideally around $3k. I found a few good matches, like 777 Southgate, but reviews aren’t great. Anything better than this with good amenities?
