We recently established a UK subsidiary. Currently, both entities operate independently with separate accounting systems, but as we scale, I'd like to move toward a unified ERP that can handle multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation down the road.

Our constraints:

SAP is off the table (cost/complexity overkill for our stage)

Need solid UK GAAP / IFRS support on the subsidiary side

Korean HQ runs on K-IFRS

Ideally cloud-native, with multi-currency and intercompany elimination features

Doesn't need to be fully integrated now — but should be capable of it when we grow
