Day of Coordinator for home wedding

We are in the process of planning a smaller (40-person) wedding at our Chicago home in September, and looking for recommendations for a day-of coordinator.

Given the casual vibe of our wedding, we’d be happy with someone who doesn’t have a ton of wedding experience, as long as they are energetic and dependable. Could be a great match for someone trying to get into this business!

These are things we’ll need help with during the day (likely 8 hours):
- some setup in the morning
- pour & pass champagne during ceremony
- usher guests to next location
- help transport flowers to second location (not many)
- help set up second location
- coordinate arrival of other vendors (likely just helping the food truck and musician get situated)

For the scope of work, my gut says that $400-500 is fair, but I am flexible and open to discussing the amount.
