Bad sound after Firmware update for Samsung HW-Q810GD/ZG - rollback?
Hey guys, I updated my Samsung HW-Q810GD/ZG to the newest version (Version 1051/1050 from 13.05.2026 - https://www.samsung.com/de/support/model/HW-Q810GD/ZG/#downloads) and the sound is much worse now. I tried to reset the settings right on the device, but this did not helped. I played around with the modes, but all of them sound much worse now. The only kind of usable mode is now "Standard" the rest (Surround, Gaming, Adaptive) is just... bad. It sounds like that the only working speaker is the one in the middle of the Soundbar, every other is barely hearable, when using something else than the "Standard" mode. This makes the soundbar sound more flat than the build in speakers of the tv with the other modes.
Is there any way to install a previous firmware?
