Hello,

I am a wedding photographer based in South Africa, and recently (over the last year to two years) wedding planners have started requesting commission or referral fees. This never used to be an industry standard, but is becoming more and more common, which is causing a lot of frustration in the wedding photography industry.

I just wanted to find out, is this an industry standard where ever you are based?

Just curious.
