What I ordered vs. what I got. I had my fckin eyes on that pullover and thought wow this is the perfect time to get it. I open the package and I’m confused like I now I didn’t order shorts and in size medium. Baby, I’m a big girlie xxl. So WTH! I contact customer service and of course the pullover is out of stock and the best they can do is give me a refund because it was an online order. I did bitch because this is the 2nd packing error this week. My first order had two items missing, one of which is back ordered. Like I get it….they are handling massive products, but DAMN. In the end I got a 20% off coupon and a refund. Ugh I wanted that pullover 🥲Has anyone else experienced similar??
