Has anyone gotten an extension on their FHS eligibility certificate due to a delay in their new build? If so, what were the steps? My loan offer and FHS certificate of eligibility will expire in July, house has been delayed for a few months. I can get a 6 month extension on the loan offer, but it's the FHS certificate of eligibility that I'm not sure about.
