Replacing carpet with LVP on possibly asbestos tile
My son got a dog awhile back and it peed on the carpet a lot, while he was at work. Peeled back a corner and found what looks like the asbestos tile we had in the 60s. Can he pull the carpet and install LVP over the tile?
