I’m 22 dpo total hysterectomy and one of the most challenging parts was the constipation and pelvic heaviness. On top of that being extremely afraid of adding any extra tension down there.
Besides taking stool softeners, I think the single most helpful resource was this video I found on YouTube about how to breathe. I am going to use this technique for the rest of my life tbh. I hope it helps you too.
