Specifically the best lemon cake I can buy either along the Midland Hwy or in Hobart. Very good lemon tarts (not the neon yellow gel ones) will also be considered. I'll be travelling on my birthday and I don't fancy trying to bake my own birthday cake in a hotel kettle, so I'm hoping to pick one up on the way. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
