I am absolutely convinced there is some sort of connection between centenary house beside custom house square and the general degradation of the high street area.

I walk through it every day, and the amount of drug dealing and general anti social behaviour that happens outside and around that specific building is horrific. I then see the same people totally wiped out on high street or just generally causing issues.

Not really sure what could even be done, but High Street seems to get worse and worse every day.
