
USAA Goodwill Adjustment Failure #6
I’ve filed a dispute with all 3 credit bureaus, called USAA, submitted documentation via the online portal, and emailed the executive team. This screenshot is the response from the executive office.
All replies essentially say the same thing “we’re reporting correctly by law.” I missed ONE payment in 2023 due to my spouse having medical issues at the time and have been a customer with USAA for >11yrs with a clean history before and after that. I have no other missed payments on any other account and a great credit history, aside from this one 30-day mark.
This credit card was paid IN FULL as soon as I realized that the payment was missed. I don’t know what else to do and appreciate any advice. I know it will fall off in seven years, but that is still about four years away.
