So I'm trying to run some thought experiments with 2026, and that requires the Jury votes in the semi-finals, but I'm confused how Belgium got a higher score than Serbia:

For reference: Croatia's average jury score is ~6.43, and Belgium's is ~6.71. But Serbia's is ~6.57, wouldn't that mean that Serbia should get 6 points and Belgium 5 from Moldova, not the other way around?

I would also like to know how ties are broken when multiple entries have the same average jury score. Thank you :3
