I own a company and we cook out of commercial kitchens once a week making meals to order for mostly busy families, and some empty nesters.

I’ve lost my fire and passion for doing this in commercial kitchens I have to rent.

I’d love to have a situation where I make meals, package them, and have them for sale in a stand alone cooler. I’m thinking I could put them in salons and maybe spas.

Anyone ever done this out of their house?
