What's one thing you'd change if you could start over?

Im still new to the game and feel like Im probably overlooking things. What is one thing you all would change if you could go back and restart?

Owner Operator Podcasts

Hey gang - on the road I like to listen to podcasts. I am looking for a pod that the host talks about driving and owning your own trucking company. Topics im specifically looking for would be owner-operator best practices, industry events that we should be aware of that would impact rates or lanes, that kind of thing. Any suggestions? Can also be in youtube format.

To factor or not to factor?

Started up a few months ago and have used Quick Pay from a few brokers. But Ive been seeing more and more about factoring. Does anyone here factor? If so, is it worth the few % they'll end up taking?

Brokers willing to work with new authorities

Hey all - I got my authority a few months ago but was looking for brokers and many want carriers who have been in business for at least a year. Is there a list of brokers who are more willing to work with brand new carriers floating around somewhere? Or does anyone have any other suggestions?
