How to NOT lose a generator in the first 45 seconds of the match?
This happens almost every single match...4/5 games a generator has popped before I can even sight my first survivor. That gives me a very low chance of killing anyone before the last gen pops. I'm losing nearly every game to this.
Best I can think of...CI and Lethal, but the inevitable multiple copies of Deja Vu counter CI, and and the inevitable multiple copies of Lithe + Finesse mean half the time the first survivor I chase is going to outrun me until the gen pops about 30 seconds after the chase starts. Then, one gen down for AT BEST one hook, half my perks are burned on the opening 30 seconds of the game while the perks that countered them are valid for the rest of the match.
Once in a while MMR will stick me with babies with under 50 hours, but nearly every game I'm posting: "Good game, far better than me, just crushed me." And I really do believe that...I think the game has just passed me by and I just can't compete with survivor skill these days.
What to do? Is anyone successfully getting some downs before a generator pops?
