NT Positive NIPT negative

My NT measurement itself was actually normal at 1.81 mm and nasal bone was present, but my first trimester bloodwork markers were abnormal which increased my trisomy 21 screening risk to 1 in 53.

My PAPP-A was low at 0.255 MoM and my free beta hCG was elevated at 2.823 MoM. From what I understand, that combination can increase the screening risk for Down syndrome even with a normal NT scan.

My Harmony/NIPT ended up coming back negative, so I’m just wondering if anyone else had similar bloodwork results and how things turned out for you 🤍

Also sorry if I sound uneducated on this topic. I honestly have not done much research yet and am just waking up to seeing this positive screening result, so I’m feeling overwhelmed and wanted to hear others’ experiences first.
