My spine was fused (L2-S1) back in 2004, due to a birth defect. Fast forward to 2025, I developed avascular necrosis and my hip/femur completely collapsed. My surgeon said my THR was complicated with the spinal fusion. This month marks my year post-op, I’m just discouraged because I hoped to have better range of motion & less pain at this point. I also have nearly 1/4” discrepancy in my leg length now.
