Hey! We're moving to the area from Texas in about 3 months. We toured several properties in Portage and did not really fall in love with anything. Man, rent is expensive! We were thinking of Greenspire. Would love to hear from anyone who lived there / currently living there right now! We were thinking of renting the loft style apartment. We have a baby on the way and would need the space.

Also anything I should know about Kalamazoo in general that you'd tell somebody new? Areas to be careful of at night/during the day? Food recs? I'm also new to driving and absolutely terrified. I barely drove in Texas. Is Kalamazoo drive-able?
