Home is single level, stucco, 3000sq ft, garage is +800sq ft. She wanted a full house and garage soft wash and interior and exterior window cleaning. I sold her at 1400 for the soft wash and 900 for the windows. It's a 1-1.5 hour drive from My home. Did I charge enough? I'm newer to soft washing so Idk if I sold myself short or I'll be there longer than I think.
Window cleaner so I am new to this. Have a bucket sprayer and a predator 4.2gpm. how do I wash the white painted wood gate and bricks in the first picture? How much do you charge for the gate? Would SH mess with the paint and would you have to reseal the bricks/pavers?
In the other picture, what % SH would you hit that crazy moss growth and what would your process be? Is it different bricks than the other picture? Will they also need to be resealed?
