I’m currently updating my processes to be compliant with RRA.

As part of the act landlords need to send a written statement before the contract is signed.

Written statement has around 10-15 pieces of info in relation to property, tenancy and LL.

I can’t find a template on NLRA website or online. How are people doing this?

Have you created your own template? Is sending an unsigned tenancy sufficient (since all info is on there)?
