I told the Principal I do not wish to return next year
I sent an email this evening politely and professionally stating I do not intend to return next year. I didn't state a reason, I just said that I am pursuing avenues more aligned with my long term professional goals.
The real reason (I didn't say it in the email) is that I simply didn't feel the school was a good fit for me.
Has anyone else done this?
I'm dreading what I'm going to walk into tomorrow. Hostility? Relief? Anger? Support?
