Hi there guys! I recently started Ritalin as at 26yo Female (yay). I had an ECG first as recommended as I have a pretty hefty family hx of heart attacks and young cardiac deaths. My ECG was all good (another yay) apart from a borderline QT interval(?) that my psych wants to keep an eye on (so repeat the ecg after 3 weeks on meds, no problem) Only thing is, I start taking it and have chest pain after an hour (not too severe, coming and going over 6ish hours but did get a sore back left shoulder/jaw and extreme tiredness) - I slept it off and thought it was anxiety/getting used to meds but that continues over 4 days, so I go in to see my GP. They decide to do another ECG which is apparently all clear (double yay, but why is my chest so sore!!) and my QT hasn’t prolonged any further. I however, am interested enough to put my ECG through an AI program, which says I might have RAE, my GP never said anything about this - so the AI is probably wrong and stressing me out over nothing. Thought I’d see if any humans were willing to have a look!!

The chest pain persists, they took a troponin test which will come back tomorrow. Here is my ecg if anyone is interested!!

TLDR: Does this ECG signal RAE or is AI being OTT? 😊
