Ancient Polish manuscript
Greetings!
Inherited an ancient book from my grandmother. Trying to identify it fo no avail, can't find any info except of it being a Constitution draft of the Republic of Poland \\ collection of Sejm congress notes. Grandma once mentioned that her grandfather obtained the book during WW I, yet now she's long gone and there's no one to confirm or deny her claim.
Gonna be extremely grateful for even the tiniest bit of extra info!
