Rehire eligibility with NCL after refusing a breathalyzer and leaving the vessel?

I worked for NCL/Pride of America about a year ago. During an incident onboard, I refused a breathalyzer test and subsequently left the vessel without formally completing the separation process. My MMC is currently valid, and all of my credentials are up to date.

I’m considering applying to return to NCL and am trying to understand how situations like this are typically viewed. Has anyone here been rehired after a similar incident, or worked in hiring and knows whether refusal of a breathalyzer and leaving the vessel would automatically make someone ineligible for rehire?

I’m looking for realistic expectations and any advice on how to approach the rehire process. Thanks.
