Are Some Physician Recruiters Better Than Others for Hospitalist Jobs?
Hey everyone,
I’m a PGY-3 IM resident graduating this year, and I’m planning to move to either North Carolina, Virginia, or South Carolina for a hospitalist job.
I had a question regarding recruiters. Are all physician recruiters basically the same, or are there certain recruiters/groups that are known for finding better jobs, compensation packages, schedules, or locations?
If there are recruiters you’ve personally had a good experience with, I’d really appreciate recommendations especially for hospitalist positions in the Southeast/Mid-Atlantic area. Also interested in hearing which recruiters or companies to avoid.
Thanks in advance!
