Hello! I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for tracking software or advice on how you organize all your inputs for forecast/planning cycles. My scope is 23 business units and I’m struggling to organize it all while maintaining accuracy. Typically I just put the inputs into a rolling forecast immediately, but want to maintain an assumption trail while I prepare to hopefully hand some BUs off to a new hire.
