Wanna hear from test takers, for next 3 days if I can't review anything at all , how much difference does it actually make?

It's not like I am not sitting in a chair with FA and my laptop open in front of me, it just feels like everything is floating around my head and nothing is really going inside.

I have hope , not panicking, My NBMEs 28 to 33 all above 67, 31 to 33 - (70-74), free 120 - 75 at prometric . I really have hope and I am calm , just bothered about the fact mentioned above .

Any advice would mean the world to me !
