While I'm a little flattered that someone liked my fic enough to make it into a podfic, my main frustration is that they didn't tell/ask me. I found it when I was googling the name of my fic. I would've really appreciated if they had commented on my fic about it or something. Worse yet, it's on Youtube instead of AO3. I'm not the most podfic savvy but I am aware that you can make them on AO!. They credited me in the description so it's not like it's stolen but.. I don't know.

Sorry for the rant, I'm just annoyed. I'm not particularly looking for advice, just wanted to write this out somewhere.

EDIT: I have contacted the person and am currently awaiting a response. Thank you all so much for all the help and advice!

I don't have much to add to this. My motivation to write fanfiction (or anything) has been super low for the past 5 months, and I'm just proud of myself for finally opening Word again and actually working on a fanfic.
