Hey guys, just a question for the fs and blm folks. Do you guys like the job? I’m currently with Cal fire and the money is great but I’m looking to get into an agency that’s a bit softer. I’m a couple of years into the job and I’m just looking to get into a crew that doesn’t work as hard which probably shouldn’t be hard to find at the blm or fs.
Hey guys, I see a lot of shit talking on calfire here and honestly I think you fedral guys deserve a lot more hate than you get. I just started my second season and throughout last year I had the displeasure of working with a few BLM and fs type 2 and shot crews. And let me just say, you guys are full of shit and are lazy bastards. I watched a lot of you guys just sitting around and doing nothing. You feds also suck at hiking, I watched multiple fs crews go very slow on a hike that I was running up and down with truck line. Sorry for the rant but I felt it needed to be said.
