Location: Same Day Auto Repair – HWY 6 N Houston, TX
Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Female Service Manager to join our growing team.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong sales and relationship-building abilities
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of automotive repair and vehicles is a strong advantage

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Prepare estimates and recommend needed services
• Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships
• Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
• Help achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
