Heya! Im a small time creator who wants to make videos getting into the weeds about decorations, skills and weapons and their exact data for commentary ranking videos. Historically I have been testing and learning in game, but some skills and decorations dont show a definitive value or proof of activation. (I.E. blindsider
However I am concerned about modding to see the parameters since I hear this developer is brutal about mods; I dont intend on changing things, but just viewing the data. Is there a mod that does this? And is using it a bannable offense?
