I found out about this case when while scrolling. I guess they found some guy who was most likely to have done it but he was acquitted and I guess it remains unsolved. In the late 1950's, there was basically this woman sunbathing in Lincoln Park and this guy came out from the bushes and knocked her over the head and killed her. This other man, Kirkland Besley witnessed the whole murder from his apartment through binoculars, which is why it was called that by the media.
