Do I have to download every company app?

When I started there were no apps. Then we had lidl plus, then we had the internal company social app, then dayforce (which is handy), and now some training app. Everytime a new app comes out for the company to use we are told we ‘have to download it’ and if we don’t we get told off by managers for not having it. What’s the legality on this? Do I have to download every single app the company has on my personal phone. Sure they don’t take up much storage but that’s not the point. Like why should I have them on my personal device, and other colleagues who don’t want them too
