I was promised 2 weeks ago for my replacement to be shipped and was told well.see tracking in 2 to 3 days i havent seen no tracking ever time I get a reply back they are just saying the replacement is is process and once tracking is available they well update me. I just want my replacement drive sent so this case is complete why are they messing us around shouldn't take this long to send my product out right?
