I need to know if anyone has ever had this happen to them on prolific. So I was approved for an account over a year ago. After I was approved it asked me to verify my identity shortly after with i.d., at that time I didn't have my i.d. as it had been stolen. Well a 3 or 4 months ago I got my i.d. and got back on my account to verify. Well for some reason it had changed to we are verifying your i.d. all on its own like I had submitted one already for verification. But I never did! I have contacted prolific i don't even know how many times asking them what was going on and to please help me figure this out. But no one has replied to me at all. Can anyone help me with this or something? 🙏
