I am currently an OFW and is planning to buy a condo para may matawag ako na my own property at the same time, passive income in the long run.

I've been researching and noticed that East Empire has a bad reputation for buying out condos, do you guys have any recommendations? one that I could atleast rent for AirBnB or as a staycation?

around 4-7million budget. Thank youu
