my landlord is also a real estate agent, and early on we spoke about my interest in eventually purchasing a home. we have a good relationship and we are talking about purchasing the home we are currently renting from him. what are some things to consider if he was to act as the seeker and buyers agent. or should hire someone else, I'm just concerned he would want to list it and we may end up paying more then what we already agreed on.
