I’m currently on week 4. The first few weeks were terrible. I have a benzo (serax) but it’s very weak and if my panic attacks are bad it doesn’t help at all. There were days I felt like calling an ambulance nothing would calm me down.

Today I woke up and the best way to describe what I’m feeling is that I have the symptoms of my anxiety but they more quiet. Like I know it’s there but it’s not escalating to a full blown panic attack. It’s more in the background. Hopefully it’s the meds working and things continue to improve
