I need urgent legal help to get back my 1.14L Rs that I lent to someone. I gave this money 1.5 years ago to a person who is now in another state. Even though I have been asking for my money back since last October, he keeps making excuses and stalling.

I am under a lot of pressure to pay off my own debts and need a lawyer who can send a formal legal notice for me immediately. I would also like to know if there are any professors or university authorities who can help with mediation or legal advice for students. I have all the proof, including bank transfer records and chat messages where he admits he owes me the money.
