Hi everyone,
I received an ITA under Express Entry, and I’m trying to understand the risk in my situation before I submit my PR application.
Timeline:
At the time of ITA, my Express Entry profile still showed “single”

Now I’m preparing my document submission and planning to:
update marital status to “married”
add my spouse to the application

My questions:
Has anyone been in a similar situation where they got married before ITA but didn’t update the profile in time?
Did IRCC see this as misrepresentation or just a correctable mistake?
In this situation, would i proceed with the current ITA or decline it and wait for another draw as a married applicant?
