Realtors: Would You Use an AI Matching Marketplace Built Around Client Fit?
Hi everyone — I’m working on an early-stage real estate tech idea and would really appreciate feedback from realtors before taking it further.
The idea is called Reltiq, an AI-powered real estate matching marketplace that helps consumers find the right realtor based on fit, not just location or search rankings.
The goal is to create a better experience for both sides:
For consumers, especially newcomers to Canada, renters, first-time buyers, sellers, and investors, Reltiq would help them explain what they need and get matched with realtors who fit their goals, location, budget, language preferences, communication style, timeline, and type of move.
For realtors, the platform would include a dashboard to manage smart matches, leads, messages, profile visibility, properties/listings, posts, reviews, analytics, verification, and client opportunities. The goal is to help strong realtors get discovered for their actual expertise and fit — not just who spends the most on ads.
