I am applying for electives through AFMC, but the placement date I want is not yet available on the website, but it's on the capacity report. Do I wait until next week or do I set up a dummy elective?

For a dummy elective, can I choose any available electives under any university and write my desired elective in the comment section or must the elective be under UBC?
