Did i screw up
Recently I used the app called quick spu to get a quick performance boost to one of my games, sadly now im really regretting that stupid decision because now everytime i hop on any of my games my whole laptop stutters constantly. I tried the usual fixes like resetting all the windows power plans. Obviously, i reset and deleted quick cpu, still stuttering. I did a cinebench score and got around 8k when it was definitely higher before. I even did a complete reset, reinstalled my drivers. Nothing is working. I really need help to save this because it's quite literally my only computer option for a while.
Intel i7 and Nvidia 3060
Edit: dont think it's throttling either because my gpu runs around 60c and cpu around 70c to 80c comfortably now and before.
