Engineering a solution for "Tech Neck" — Tired of the strain. Need 2 mins of your time!

Engineering a solution for "Tech Neck" — Tired of the strain. Need 2 mins of your time!

Vanakkam guys,

I’m an R&D engineer (BMS/Control systems side), who spends 10+ hours a day staring at code/hardware has given me that classic "Tech Neck" posture.

Instead of just buying another expensive (and usually useless) ergonomic gadget, I’ve started building a solution from scratch that will help in "improving the posture".

I want to keep the core project Open Source because I’m a big believer in the DIY/Open-source.

But, I’m also trying to see if it’s worth making a "Ready-to-Use" version or a kit for people who just want a fix without the soldering and coding part. For that, I need some real-world data from people who actually face this daily.

Can you guys take 2 minutes to fill this out? Just trying to validate the problem and provide a better solution.

I’ll post the results and the build progress back here once I have something good.

Enna nenaikiringa? Any tips that you're already using to fix your posture? Let me know in the comments.

I want to know like how people use gpt.el (by karthink) for their different actions or workflows apart from just asking queries or rewriting code which might be useful for everyone who wants to have a llm integrated workflow.

Describe the actions/workflows you do and also your configs too!

For e.g. I am planning to make a 'get-news' function that will summarize all the feed and rank them and also optionally save it to a database

Edit: Even if you use something other than gptel please do tell!
