Is is possible to put gta mods like LS Life on a modded ps4? I’ve seen a lot of people say that it’s only for pc so I wanted to know if it was possible or not.

I want to mod my ps4 but i dont have a pc, do I absolutely need a pc if i just get a disc. Also, can anyone give me some good discs i can use
