Nickles & Dimes
Hi all,
I've been spamming as much pull ups and push ups as I can lately. 6 days a week.
I do 2 workouts where I push them to failure (along with dips).
I'm hitting what I call nickles & dimes (every minute on the minute) most days of the week.
Its really boosted my muscular endurance a lot.
I can go 17 rounds now.
But the thing is, goggins' standard is 2 rounds per minute of each move, leaving no rest and going for an hour or 2.
How the hell is this possible to build up to?
Even 5 minutes at that pace would kick my ass.
Can anyone here manage this? If so, how?
