Hello all,

Looking for some guidance/perspective. I have been in the industry on the commercial service side for about 6 years. I am currently serving as a senior client manager and pursuing CIC. I am looking into switching into production. I feel that my potential paired with my opportunities to build a book are substantial. I am just looking to see if anyone has made this move before and can share some insight as what to expect and maybe consider. Thank you!
